Because this is an easy recipe for dog food, there are just a few directions to follow. First, combine the rice and safflower oil in a saucepan over medium heat. The stir and cook for 2 minutes. Next add the water, thyme, and bouillon. Cover and cook for 15 minutes more over medium heat, or until the liquid is absorbed. Meanwhile, cook the ground lamb in a large skillet over medium heat until browned (about 10 minutes).
